I laughed so much my stomach hurt

It was so hard to get up this morning, until I realized what we were doing... thank you Jesus for another day.

We were invited by Glenca to go with Adriana today to her house to meet for the bible study.  Although I didn't get much sleep, I wasn't sleepy during the time we talked.  I really enjoy reading the bible, and further more I enjoy talking about what we learn from the readings.  After the prayer to end the meeting, Yonseili walked to the nearest taxi station with another lady who was present.  She needed to get to her house and go with her host parents to the Plaza de Toros.
At Juanjo's school

I stayed and we (Adriana, Glenca and her 8-month-old daughter Martina, and I) went to Juan Jose's school.  His school is private and a Christian college.  In this nice and big building they have nursery all the way to 12th grade.  Glenca's second daughter Emilia is in the same class as Juan Jose.  We went to watch them perform a dance for the Quito festivities.  We were expecting to see an entire show but that's not what we saw.  The judges went to each classroom and each group performed outside their class... so we could still see them all, but it wasn't a full and smooth run-through.  Nonetheless, I had fun watching the kids.  I was really impressed with the school I must say.  Before we left Glenca was going all over the place looking for her cell phone until my host mom asked if she had it in her back pocket... guess where it was, jaja.  Then, when we got home, I took a 3 hour nap to make up the lost sleep time...

Yummy lunch
When I woke up I could smell the food Adriana made.  De-li-cious it smelled.  Today's lunch was awesome because the entire fam had lunch together.  Carlos didn't go to work but had to be out and do some things so he was able to join us.  Later in the evening I went with them to Fybeca so that they can buy a present for Juanjo's friend Andy.  Juanjo has a birthday party tomorrow and we won't see him all day until the Christian concert because that is where the birthday boy's parents would take all the kids to (after the party).  As we walked through the park to get to Fybeca, we saw several men, even men in suits, peeing on the walls...grrrrrr.  It's funny how they try to face one way as if they weren't exposing to anyone anymore even though they're just against a flat wall.... not even in between bushes or anything.  Dumb.  There are cops in motorcycles and walking around and they don't say anything.  My host mom told one of the cops to tell the men to not pee in public and the cop answered with a, "¿Y porque no les dice usted?"  DUMB.  That angers me.  Then the entire neighborhood smells like piss... it's so gross.  In summary what we've seen these days is young guys and girls out on the streets by their cars with the music on very loud drinking huge cups of beer.  Yeah, very attractive.

Highlight of the day: So after dinner Carlos, Adri, Yonseili and I were just sitting and talking.  Then white hair came up in our conversation.  Carlos shared that it's hereditary in his family to have it from an early age.  Adri then talked about one white hair that always comes out in between her eyebrows.  As she was talking about it she was supposedly pulling it and she was looking up to see if she could see it.  Carlos then started picking on her for exaggerating the length of the hair and pretended to pull the hair from her hand and passed it on to me, so then I passed it to Yonseili, and she back to Adriana.  The white hair went all around the table and I bumped the long, tall candles in the center of the table as if the white hair knocked them down.  This caused us to laugh too much.  My stomach really hurt bad.  After that my host dad kept bringing up the white hair and kept making jokes out of it.
